I am looking for a mild breakfast sausage. I don't do hot.
The AC Legg #6 Seasoning is a very mild seasoning. I tis milder than the Legg #115.
It is the mildest Sausage Seasoning that AC Legg makes.
For regular pork sausage seasoning the Legg Hot Pork Sausage Seasoning is the hottest.
The next hottest is the Legg #10 and the Legg # 6 is even milder than that.
