Hot Italian

I usually don't buy hot anything. But because of the reviews here I decided to give this a try. I agree, not hot, but a very good Italian sausage at 75/25 moose/pork.

I've used this seasoning mix for years (I mix it with 50-50 venison & pork; I also add 8 oz of red pepper flakes because we like our sausage a little hotter) & we like it so well, I order an 8 oz package every year.
