• When stuffing 21 MM Collagen Casings, your Stuffing Horn should be no larger than 7/16 of an inch in its outside diameter. If your stuffing horn tip is wider than this, the Collagen Casings will not fit.
• Edible.  These casings should NOT be steamed, boiled or cooked in a pressure cooker.
• 1 Collagen Casing Will stuff approximately 8.5 lbs. of meat - To use the Collagen Casings - Your stuffing horn must be smaller than 21mm (.83 inches or 13/16 of an inch) in diameter - pictures of the right size stuffing tube are shown
