Mix bags with 25-lbs. of meat. Contains the proper amount of sodium erythorbate, for your convenience. Contains the proper amount of sodium nitrite and is already mixed in the seasoning. Breakdown for less than a 25 lb. batch - 5 Tablespoons of seasoning per 5 lbs. of meat Use for beef or deer. Formulated for restructured or solid muscle. Can be used for vacuum tumble, soak or dry rub.

    Yes, the BBQ jerky seasoning and all of our own Ask The Meatman jerky seasonings can be used with ground meat and a jerky gun.

    Each webpage for each of the seasonings includes the breakdown for how much seasoning to use with the ground meat per lb.
