I purchased the 2 for &19.98 prime Rib and burger seasoning and only received one of my containers. I tried to call the customer service number and could never get through so i emailed and never received an answer
This seasoning is the best there is. Also the website makes it very easy to order.
I received my order unfortunately one of the Prime Steak containers had spilled almost half of its contents has spilled out, the lid was loose and the seal was broken. I have emailed you three times with no response from you. Will you replace it, please?

I LOVE the Prime steak & beef burger seasoning. How can I keep the seasoning after opening, from clumping up. I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of. I realise that there is Molasses in there. Although there should be a way!!!!!
One trick you might try is to store the Prime Steak seasoning in your freezer.
Freeze the seasoning as soon as you get it and it should not clump up.
And always make sure wherever you store the seasoning is not in a "warm" spot such as above your stove or in a garage.
And if you can keep the seasoning out of sunlight also helps.
That's why the freezer can by a good place to store the seasoning. -
Did this used to be Bennett's Steak Seasoning out of Canton Ohio, 44708, They have been gone for some time now and I am almost out of it. The bottle says WITT'S on the top.
It's possible but extremely doubtful that this would be the same seasoning.
I have not heard of Bennett's Steak Seasoning before so I searched online.
An newspaper article from 2010 said that the owners - Mike and Mary Pukansky - said that the Steak Seasoning was a secret blend of 10 spices that enhance the flavor of beef, pork, chicken, eggs and salads.
What many meat shops do is create their own special blend of seasonings over the years and then send the "recipe" to a large seasoning company like Witts (Witts was bought by an international seasoning company- Newly Weds Foods - over 10 years ago but they have kept the Witts division seperate so there still is products with the Witts name on it) who then mix the special recipe in large batches to ship back to the meat shop owner.
But normally the meat shop owner would not have the name Witts on the label - they would just put their own name on the label without saying who or what company actually mixed the seasoning up.
