The videos are great camera angles could be slightly better but overall great purchase. I find several ways to improve our slaughter and processing at work, enough that my boss reimbursed me for purchasing them. Now I need the downloads so i can have them on hand all the time

Hi, if I buy the combo, beef and pork processing and slaughtering dvd's, is there anything left out that I would need to know or buy extra? I would like to learn to process our own pork and beef from the kill to the freezer, and I'm looking for a dvd that I can watch over and over again to learn how to do this instead of taking to the locker. Would I have to buy specialty equipment to follow your teachings? Any feedback would be appreciated
The Beef DVD's shows everything you need. The Pork DVD's shows everything except we don't show how to cure and smoke the hams and bacons.
With both the DVD's you will need some type of meat grinder. With the beef you really need a bandsaw to make all the cuts - especially the steak cuts.
With pork you can get by without the bandsaw.
You will have to have some type of knife - a boning knife and/or breaking knife and a good meat handsaw.
