Sheep casings combine tenderness with sufficient strength to withstand filling, cooking and smoking operations.  18-20mm in diameter.

• Stuffs approximately 15lbs of sausage depending on stuffing style (link lengths or rope stuffing)

Natural casings should be refrigerated for long term storage, however, they are completely fine to be shipped in normal ambient temperatures. If they get warm, they tend to not smell very pleasant
